Change of Address

Alternatively you may go on-line to access the BC Assessment Authority's Change of Address Notification Form.

Be sure to include the roll (folio) number of the property, the previous mailing address, the new mailing address, your printed name and a signature (if mailing a letter or sending a fax).

Property Taxation Department

West Kelowna's Property Taxation Department can complete the BC Assessment’s Change of Mailing Address Form on your behalf, which will then be forwarded to the BC Assessment Authority.  For more information on how the municipality can help you, please call the Property Taxation Department or visit Municipal Hall in person.

This refers to a change in mailing address only.  If a taxpayer no longer owns a specific property the change in ownership will be picked up when BC Assessment is provided information from the Land Titles office. 

Name Changes

Any changes related to title requires notifying the Kamloops Land Titles Office.  You may contact a land title corrections officer or have these changes made by a notary or lawyer acting on your behalf.
