Sewer, Garbage and Recycling, and Water charges are billed quarterly in January, April, July, and October. The due dates for the quarterly bills are the 15th of the month following (February 15, May 15, August 15, November 15).
You may view your bill online at any time if you go to Online Services and register as a user. West Kelowna does not accept online payments through its website at this time. For more information on how to pay your bill, please go to Payment Options.
The Annual Sewer and Water Debts are billed either in January (once a year) and are due November 15 of the same year, or are added to property taxes.
Annual Sewer & Water Debts
Sewer and Water Debts are 20 year debentures resulting from a property owner choosing to finance, rather than pay out, their portion of a capital project installing sewer or water pipes in their service area. The debts can not be paid off early as the debenture is financed through the Municipal Finance Authority not West Kelowna.
