The District of West Kelowna has received a Phase I submission as per the Terms of Reference for the proposed Raymer Comprehensive Development Area by the Westridge Group.
This submission proposes a plan for a 185-hectare area adjacent to Westside Road, on the northern boundary of the District. The plan contemplates development that includes park and open space, agricultural uses, village centre with multi-family and commercial components, and continued single family and rural residential areas.
