About The Proposed Development
The Mission Hill Family Estate Development Proposal (File: Z09/17)affects 7 subject properties located on the site of the Mission Hill Family Estate Winery adjacent to Ridge Boulevard and Mission Hill Road, and proposes an expansion of the winery.
The Comprehensive Development (CD) Zone would accommodate an expansion of tourist commercial uses which would allow for proposed guest cottages, an artist-in-residence studio, a boutique hotel (auberge), a wellness centre, a conference centre, an art gallery, a restaurant, additional winery facilities, a cidery, a distillery, micro brewery, a wine museum and a gatehouse.
