The City of West Kelowna provides utility services to residents within our services areas. Depending on property location, your utility bill could apply to any combination of water, sewer and garbage and recycling services. Utility bills are typically mailed and due as follows:
Please note: Utility bills are due to be issued the third week of July. In the event of any prolonged Canada Post service disruption, the City of West Kelowna will post information on this website regarding alternate bill delivery and payment options.

You may view your bill online at any time by going to our Online Services and registering and logging in as a user. Sorry, West Kelowna does not accept online payments at this time; however, you can arrange for online payments through your financial institution.
New Accounts or Moving
Contact the Utility Billing Department at 778-797-8850 or firstname.lastname@example.org at least 24 hours before your move in order to close your account and/or open a new account and arrange to have your meter read. Please provide your new mailing address so that your final bill can be forwarded if applicable.
