  • Annual budget, 10-year financial plan and 10-year capital plan preparation, including creation of necessary bylaws
  • Citizen Survey - annual delivery and analysis
  • Financial statements
  • Municipal investments
  • Payroll and benefits
  • Taxation and permissive tax exemptions
  • Utility billing
Information Systems

Information Systems provides technical support for the City of West Kelowna, including management of a secured network of servers and switches that contain all corporate information and an IP-based phone system.

Purchasing

Purchasing is responsible for procurement for the City of West Kelowna and oversees all tender and proposal processes.
